Well, the days aren't longer, the daylight is just getting longer. Sure, it is still winter but it is January 15, we have endured the darkest two months.
A time to celebrate. From here on, spring and summer are within reach.
Now, if we could just get the news to talk about something other than the New Jersey bridge closing. Is it just my prejudice, or have transgressions like this been swept under the rug if it happens that the other party is in charge? People die and nobody says a thing.
Spring training can't be too far, can it?
